Prices of precious metals in Armenia register growth for the second week in a row

ArmInfo. Prices on precious  metals register growth in Armenia for the second week in a row  growing by 3.3% versus 5.2% growth in the previous week. However,  growth of all the precious metals has slackened.

The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the  Armenian Ministry of Finance has told ArmInfo that the following    selling prices have been set for precious metals for January  16-January 22:  gold (small bars) - 18567.55 AMD per 1g (2.3% growth  versus 3.4% growth in previous week), silver - 254.55 AMD (2.7%  growth versus 3.5% growth a week ago), platinum - 15250.35 AMD (3.6%  growth versus 4.2% growth), and palladium  - 11792.31 AMD  (4.5%  growth versus previous 9.6% growth).

By the data of international stock markets, as of January 17, 2017,  11:40 pm Moscow time, the spot price of 1 troy ounce of gold made up    $1213.3 (0.09% growth versus Jan 16), silver - $17.1 (0.95% growth  versus Jan 16), platinum - $988.3 (0.6% growth versus Jan 16), and    palladium - $754.3 (0.92% growth versus Jan 16).
