ArmInfo. The growth of prices on precious metals in Armenia has been slackening for 3 weeks already. Thus, this week, the prices on precious metals grew by 0.3% (versus 0.5% growth a week before). Palladium and platinum prices registered growth while rates of gold reduced and silver price remained the same. The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Armenian Ministry of Finance has told ArmInfo that the following selling prices have been set for precious metals for Jan 30 to Feb 5: gold (small bars) - 18774.27 AMD per 1g (0.5% decline versus 1.6% growth in previous week), silver - 265.08 AMD (no changes for the week), platinum - 15330.1 AMD (0.3% drop versus 0.8% growth), and palladium - 11833.63 AMD (0.6% decline versus previous 1% growth).
By the data of international stock markets, as of February 2, 2017, 4:41 pm Moscow time, the spot price of 1 troy ounce of gold made up $1226 (0.02% daily growth), silver - $17.81 (0.06% daily growth), platinum - $1013 (0.1% daily decline), and palladium - $770 (0.26% daily growth).
