ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia), having the widest branch network in Armenia, was one of the first banks in the banking market to join the EarlyOne remote queue management system, thereby greatly simplifying the process and speed of customer service, according to the company's press service.
From now on, for servicing at VTB Bank (Armenia), customers can pre-hold the queue with EarlyOne mobile application and be served at the selected branch at the selected time, without waiting in line.
According to the source, to connect to EarlyOne service, the client needs to download the EarlyOne mobile application from the AppStore / PlayMarket, select the icon of VTB Bank (Armenia), then specify the convenient branch of the Bank, the date and time of the service, and keep the queue, automatically receiving the check number in the application. Coming to the branch, the customer must select the "Confirm Mobile Check" button on the screen of the device by holding the queue, enter the check number received in advance by the mobile application and at the selected time the system will call the customer for maintenance.
"The new service will not only save customers' time, but will also make visiting the Bank's branches more comfortable," the Bank's official statement says.
