US company "General Electric" is interested in the project of building a power station in Armenia working on household waste

ArmInfo. The American company General Electric became interested in the construction project in the Armenian city of Hrazdan of a power station operating on garbage. The details of the project were presented the day before by the regional director of the company for Russia and CIS countries Ivan Saprykin, Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia Ashot Manukyan.

According to the press service of the ministry, during the meeting Ashot Manukyan presented to the guest the programs implemented in Armenia and prospects for the development of the country's energy sector.  The minister positively assessed the intentions of the US company "General Electric" to implement investment programs in Armenia.

According to Richard Mills, these proposals are submitted to US investors for consideration.
