Ardshinbank was given the status of the operator of the account of the depositary system and the participant in the settlement system of the regulated market

ArmInfo. Ardshinbank became a participant in the securities registration system of the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA) with the status of the operator of the depository system account. About it ArmInfo was informed in the press service of the stock exchange NasDaq OMX Armenia.  From now on, the clients of the bank will be able to access the services of the CDA, in particular the maintenance of the register of joint-stock companies and all services related to the storage of securities.  Thus, Ardshinbank became the 17th operator of the Depository System.

Recall that in March 2013, the CDA moved to a new model of the depository system, according to which all services for keeping the register and storage of securities are provided to customers through an account operator, in accordance with agreements concluded between the CDA, banks and investment companies.  Since April 2013, Ardshinbank has been a member of the settlement system of the regulated market (CRSRD), which makes it possible to service settlements related to exchange trades.  The list of account operators and CRRDS, contact details, as well as operator tariffs, are available on the website www.cda.am at the following links: http://cda.am/am/77/partners/129/settlement-system- members/78/depository account-operators; http://cda.am/am/77/partners/129/settlement- systemmembers/79/rmssm. For example, today the operators of the depositary account are the Central Bank, ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank, Ameriabank, Anelik Bank, Araratbank, Ardshinbank, INECOBANK, Armswissbank, Converse Bank, ArmBusinessBank, Armeconombank, Unibank, Prometey Bank, VTB Bank (Armenia) Armenbrok, Capital Investment and Fuchs Capital Market. The CRBDS includes the same financial institutions, as well as HSBC Bank Armenia and investment companies Taunton and Renes, with the exception of the Central Bank and INECOBANK.

It should be noted that Ardshinbank was founded in 2003. It is the second largest bank in Armenia with a branch network with 64 branches. The majority shareholders of Ardshinbank are OOO Arins Group (this is renamed OOO Center for Business Investments) - 70.1145% and ZAO Industrial and Financial Corporation REGION - 28.3889%. Ardshinbank is the only private institution in Armenia that has been assigned ratings of two international rating agencies (Moody's and Fitch) equal to Armenia's country rating.
