And this time the theme of the seminar concerned the hotel business - "Provision and marketing of hotel services", "Attention to guests", "Motivation and retention of staff". As the press service of the Bank told ArmInfo, 20 representatives of SMEs of Shirak region took part in the business seminar.
ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank and the administration of Shirak region signed a memorandum providing for unification of efforts to develop the SME sector. The staff of the Bank, who recently received IFC Business Edge certificates from the international business trainer, held seminars in Lori, Armavir, Sjunik and Shirak this year in addition to Yerevan.
"We can state that this year the growth of tourist flow has been fixed, and that is why the subject of this business seminar is focused on the hotel business in the regions, given the observed demand and development prospects.
