Armenian Village, with the cost of $ 100-150 million will become a  visiting card of Armenia

ArmInfo. Armenian Village will  become an economically attractive and successful business program.  This was stated by the Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan on  October 5 at a meeting with representatives of 4 international  companies that applied to participate in the tender for the  construction of the new ethnographic quarter "Armenian Village". 

According to the press service of the Government, during the meeting  a number of issues related to the construction of the block were  discussed, the sides touched upon details and vision of the  investment program. The results of the contest for the construction  of the quarter are planned to be summed up in early November.

According to the Prime Minister, the project will introduce a new  trend into the sphere of tourism of Armenia. "The quarter can become  a visiting card of Armenia and thanks to the infrastructures created  on its territory, it will fully meet the demands of the tourist," he  said.

Within the framework of the investment program, worth $ 100-150  million, it is planned to create an ethnographic quarter reflecting  the national traditions of urban and rural settlements of different  regions of Armenia and historically developed architectural features.
