Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia Vahan Martirosyan met representatives of ELITALIANA company, headed by the Chief Executive Officer Alesandro Giulivi on November 21. "Elitaliana", specializing in the production of vehicles, intends to present its products in Armenia, the RA Ministry of Transport press service reported.
Following to the information, according to the agreement reached during the previous meeting with the minister, the Italian experts presented their program of possible cooperation. In addition to the representation of Italian transport in Armenia, the company wants to exploit high-quality helicopters produced in Armenia in order to realize passenger transportation to regions, tourism, medical and other purposes.
Italian specialists presented to the Minister models of several helicopters that they produced, highlighting their advantages in mountainous conditions.
It was agreed to continue bilateral bilateral discussions after meetings with representatives of other interested departments.
Earlier, on October 18, the Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia Vahan Martirosyan met with the representatives of the Italian company Elitaliana, headed by its chief executive officer Alesandro Giulivi. Representatives of Elitaliana presented to Vahan Martirosyan the company's activities and opportunities for its access to the Armenian transport market. It was agreed to jointly develop a program of possible cooperation.
Italian company Elitaliana, created in 1964 by the famous Italian businessman Vittorio Magni, has helicopter bases and provides various services in many countries of the world. In addition to the wide network in Italy itself, the company is present in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, and some Latin American countries. The company is engaged in the transportation of materials and goods, renders air taxi services, relocates labor to hard-to- reach areas, deals with civil defense issues, makes aerial surveys, helps conduct environmental monitoring, monitors pipeline reliability, participates in forest fire extinguishing, and works for police. Affiliated with Elitaliana company "Magni Gyro" is engaged in the production of gyroplanes (gyroplanes) - light rotorcrafts.
