Armenian trade sector is rapidly forcing up

The volume of purchase / sale of cars in January-November 2017 slowed the growth rate from 20.3% to 17%, amounting to 99 billion drams ($ 205.1 million). In the same month, wholesale trade turnover increased by 0.1% to 110.4 bln drams, while retail sales decreased by 2% to 117.1 bln drams. The revenue of automobile trade increased in November by 34.5% - to 14.6 billion drams.

According to statistical data, the retail trade turnover in January-November 2017 amounted to 1.1 trillion.  drams ($ 2.4bn), an increase of 6.1%, compared with a 2.9% decline a year earlier. In the structure of retail trade, the largest turnover is provided by stores (including supermarkets) - 79.3% or 914.6 billion drams (annual growth of 8.7%), other retail facilities -.. 12.1% or 139.6 billion drams (annual growth of 2.8%), followed by a closely followed by the markets of consumer goods - 5% or 57.6 billion (with annual decline of 14.3%), stalls and kiosks -. 2.1% or 24.4 billion (with annual decline of 4.7%), and agricultural markets -. 1.5% or 17.5 billion (. with annual growth of 5%).

Retail trade dominates in the structure of Armenia's total trade turnover - 50.8%, followed by wholesale - 44.9%, and buying / selling cars - 4.3%.

The average settlement rate of dram against US dollar was in November 2017 485.36 etc. ./$ 1, and in January-November - 482.67 etc. ./$ 1, 478.52 against other ./$ 1c November 2016 and 480.27 other / $ 1 in January-November 2015.
