Ambassador: The first step towards the construction of Iran-Armenia railway should be made by the Armenian side

ArmInfo. The first step to the construction of the Iran- Armenia railway should be made by the Armenian side. The Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Seyed Kazem Sadjadi stated on February 12 in a conversation with journalists.

According to him, Iran is ready for the construction of this railway. The Armenian side, in turn, should present the project to potential investors. "We are ready for cooperation within the framework of the program for the construction of the North-South transport corridor, it is just necessary to make joint investments in these areas, you will start, and we will take a reciprocal step," the Iranian diplomat said.
