Armenian Minister of Energy and representatives of Global Contour company discussed the process of modernization of the Vorotan cascade of HPPs

ArmInfo. The Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia Ashot Manukyan received the head of development programs of Global Contour company Ralph Novak and Director of JSC Contour Global Hydrocascade Ara Hovsepyan on February 22.

According to the press service of the department, during the meeting the process of repair works at the Vorotan cascade of hydroelectric power stations, modernization of equipment and effective use of water resources was discussed. In addition, the interlocutors discussed prospects for development of cooperation, in particular, in the field of renewable energy. At the end of the meeting, the parties confirmed their interest in continuing and developing cooperation.
