ArmInfo. One of the leading international companies BSC, engaged in the development of innovative software solutions for financial institutions, with the support of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Armenia held a seminar on the theme "Digital Banking. The path to development and growth"
"Today we are in Armenia, because we want to share our many years of experience and knowledge in the field of digital banking. We cooperate in the Caucasus region with all countries except Armenia. We know that your banks are already providing certain remote services, but you have to be prepared for the global digital trends and challenges that you will face in the near future, "Director of Sales of BSC Group Chenek Navratil said in an interview with ArmInfo.
He noted that such solutions, which the company offers, are in demand mainly by leading banks. "Armenian banks should use digital channels not only to reduce the cost of banking operations, but also to increase revenue, and for this it is necessary to be ready for the full implementation of online sales, online customer service, etc. You still have a lot to study in the field of digital technologies and we are ready to talk with you about this," he said.
The Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Armenia Petr Mikyska noted that not all banks of Armenia cooperate with international partners to date. "By implementing the software solutions offered by BSC, it will be possible to simplify business management and help establish links with international partners. We want to help the Armenian economy to be more appropriate for international cooperation," he stressed.
In his conversation with ArmInfo, Director of the Union of Banks of Armenia Seyran Sargsyan noted that BSC offers Armenian banks system solutions that provide for a more flexible connection of all banking services. "Today for the banking system of Armenia digital technologies, in particular digital-service is a priority direction. It should be noted that most Armenian banks have already implemented certain remote services and products, in particular mobile, Internet banking, various remote services, etc. But we always welcome initiatives from large international companies. I believe that certain banks are interested in the solutions presented today, and in the future a number of meetings will be held, where the parties will discuss in more detail the opportunities and prospects with the implementation of these software solutions," he said.
During the seminar, participants will discuss the most important problems faced by financial institutions in creating successful digital banking. Experts will also provide participants with an opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of banks in Europe and Georgia in the field of digital banking, their success stories and lessons learned. In addition, they will get acquainted with the experience of Czech IT companies that deliver high-quality software solutions for digital banking for financial institutions across Europe. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic support the project.
BSC develops software solutions for financial organizations since its foundation in 1990. Today the company is one of the leaders in the development and implementation of software for banks and non-bank financial organizations.
