As a result, AMD against the dollar changed its mood from strengthening to devaluation - from 480.3 to 481 AMD / $ 1, becoming slowly strengthened to the euro from 592 to 591 AMD / 1evro and to the ruble - from 8.4 to 8.3 AMD / ruble . A year earlier, on April 7, 2017, the exchange rate of the dram to the dollar was 485.5 AMD / $ 1, to the euro - 518 AMD / 1evro, and to the ruble - 8.6 AMD / ruble, which, in comparison with the current rates, indicates the annual devaluation of the dram to euro, at revaluation to the dollar and to the ruble.
According to the press service of the Armenian Central Bank, on April 3-7, inclusive, transactions in the volume of $ 4.4 million were made at the average interbank rate at a weighted average rate of 480.80 AMD / $ 1 (against 480.50 AMD / $ 1 a week earlier). In parallel, on the intra-bank foreign exchange market, dollar buying slowed growth from 11.7 % to 2.7%, with a decline in sales dynamics from 61.1% growth to a 20.6% decline, euro buying changed the trend from a 25.7% growth to a 11.4% decline in acceleration sales growth from 18.3% to 22.6%, ruble buying slid from a 20.3% increase to a 2.6% decline with a slowdown in sales growth from 25.3% to 6.6%.
