Following the results of the contest, JVCA of Soosung Engineering Co., Ltd was chosen, Korea Consultants International Co., Ltd.
The sides also discussed and approved the amendments to the agreement concluded with Tranche-2 of the North-South transport corridor Safhez S.A. and Eptis, the procedure for the use of land acquired under the Tranche 2. The Board also approved the signed Memorandum of Understanding with the Chinese construction company Sinohidro Corporation Limited, as well as the estimates for the purchase of Tranche- 2, Tranche-3 and Tranche-4.
The project to create a transport corridor "North-South" with a total length of 556 km, will provide access to the Black Sea and European countries through the territory of Armenia (Meghri-Kapan-Goris-Yerevan- Ashtarak-Gyumri-Bavra) and Georgia.
