ArmInfo. In connection with the situation in Armenia, the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia has halved control operations since the end of April this year. This is stated in the explanation of the SRC regarding  the reports published in a number of media about the intensive tax administration.

According to the press service of SRC, from 1 to 15 April this year, 582 current inspections were carried out,but  from April 16 to 27 only 280.

"It is clear that there is no need to talk about" tax terror "," the clarification reads.

The press service recalls that SRC, according to the current legislation, carries out inspections in companies with an increased level of risk. In this connection, the Committee calls to refrain from actions aimed at creating a panic atmosphere and mistreating citizens of the country.
