ArmInfo. Atom Janjughazyan, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, on May 22 received the permanent representative of the IMF in Armenia Yulia Ustyugova.
During the meeting, the press service of the Ministry of Finance, the parties discussed a number of programs implemented within the framework of bilateral cooperation. In particular, it was about assessing the management of public investments, improving tax policy, assessing fiscal policy, and assessing the transparency of fiscal policy.
Atom Janjughazyan assured that the Armenian government intends to complete all joint programs and initiatives. The Minister highly appreciated the consistent cooperation with the IMF and stressed the importance of its expansion and deepening.
