ArmInfo. Atom Janjughazian, the Minister of Finance of Armenia, met May 23 with the head of the Armenian office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Dmitry Gvindadze.
According to the press service of the Russian Finance Ministry, during the meeting, Dmitry Gvindadze assured the Armenian Minister of the intention of the EBRD to continue to provide Armenia with both technical and program assistance. In particular, financing of the real sector of the economy, especially financial and energy spheres, will continue.
During the meeting, directions for possible further cooperation were also discussed. The RA Minister of Finance noted that the implementation of reform programs of the department headed by him will continue. In addition, the government will determine the priorities of the program under discussion, which will be based on a balanced and constructive position in all areas of activity.
