ArmInfo.15 Armenian companies engaged in the mining industry received a written warning from the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia about the need to fulfill their obligations on tax payments.
According to the press service of the department, it is about environmental payments, state duty and payments for maintaining the environment. This requirement is enshrined in Article 61 of the RA Law on Subsoil. Now, according to the article 30 of the same code, the warned business entities are obliged to fulfill the statutory requirement within 90 days. Otherwise, after the expiration of the specified period, the authorized body reserves the right to suspend activities for subsoil use.
