Meeting with the HR Association of Armenia was held in Beeline

ArmInfo. Beeline held a meeting  with representatives of the HR Association of Armenia, within the  framework of which the company's employees told about their work and  updated realities of doing business in the modern digital world. The  press service of the company told ArmInfo.

"Beeline Armenia is now undergoing a serious transformation of  culture, the company's work is becoming more open and transparent  thanks to the format of open space. We are also working hard to  develop an innovative business environment in Armenia. In this  regard, the Beeline Startup Incubator project, in which Armenian  start-ups can get not only office space for work, but also the  necessary unique experience of a large operating company that will  help them in the development of their own business, occupies a  special place," said Beeline CEO in Armenia Andrey Pyatakhin.

"One of the main activities of the HR Association of Armenia is the  exchange of experience and the enrichment of our professional  knowledge. The more we communicate within our community and the more  we master the HR-technologies, the more non-standard solutions we  find for our business. In this sense, the experience of Beeline is  very interesting and instructive. Thanks to the organizers for the  opportunity. We plan to actively continue meetings of this format  with other companies," said the Chairman of the HR Association Arpi  Karapetyan.

Within the framework of the visit, the management and employees of  Beeline presented to the guests from the HR Association a new course  of the company's development, current innovative projects such as  Beeline Startup Incubator, and shared their experience in the new  open space format.
