Ardshinbank improved lending terms for real estate

ArmInfo. Ardshinbank since June 4 2018 offers individuals better conditions for obtaining loans secured by real estate. As the press service of the Bank explains, interest rates on dollar loans have decreased.

According to the source, in the future, bona fide borrowers have the opportunity to increase the loan amount to 40 million AMD, 80,000 USD or 70,000 EUR, lowering the monthly load, extending the repayment term, and also servicing at interest rates below the current ones.

Advantage of the loan is also insurance against accidents and real estate insurance, within the framework of which the borrower receives compensation. A loan can be obtained without an income analysis. In addition, there are favorable terms for refinancing.

Today, loans secured by real estate can be registered in 63 branches of the Bank, of which 18 are located in Yerevan, 42 - in the regions and 3 - in the NKR.
