ArmInfo.The funds saved by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and IT in the amount of 1.3 billion drams will be used to build roads in Armenia, Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan announced on a live broadcast on Azatutyun.TV. In this light he noted that until mid-autumn of this year roads will be renovated, leading to the border of Georgia and a transport section from Gavar to the Republic of Artsakh. "That is, we will see the results before the end of the year," he stressed.
The next year, according to the Deputy Prime MInister, funds will be allocated from the state budget for repairing 86 km of roads, moreover, in the framework of the World Bank program in Armenia, road works will cover another 62 km.
