"Lydian Armenia" was instructed not to carry out activities until a new examination

ArmInfo. "Lydian Armenia"  CJSC was instructed not to carry out any activities to develop the  Amulsar deposit before conducting a new examination and taking a  decision on the basis of this examination. This was reported by the  press service of the inspection body for the protection of nature and  the bowels of the RA.

According to the source, the Ministry of Nature Protection of the  Republic of Armenia proposed, on the basis of the new factors that  appeared, to recognize as ineffective the expert decision approved by  the Minister of Nature Protection on April 29, 2016. The head of the  inspection body the Prosecutor General's Office in connection with  the facts of extraction of Lydian Armenia CJSC mining mass without  the right to subsoil use to identify the crime and in accordance with  the established procedure to give a course to this case.  With regard  to the company "Yeghegnadzor water user", an administrative  proceeding and determining the legality of supplying Lydian Armenia  with water through the Kechut-Zaritap water pipeline were initiated.   With regard to the enlarged community of the city of Jermuk,  administrative proceedings were instituted for the use of the  Gndevank's Seven Sources of Gidee water pipe in the Gnedevank  community to supply water to Lydian Armenia, and to determine the  eligibility for authorizing the installation of crushing stations  during the construction process. The Prime Minister of Armenia  presented a report on the conduct of inspections in contract  organizations engaged in the construction of the Amulsar deposit.
