ArmInfo. "Gyumri Garejour" OJSC ("Gyumri Beer") completely paid off with the state on earlier calculated taxes. This was reported by the press service of the RA State Revenue Committee.
As the press service of the KGD reports, the company submitted to the Committee updated calculations on tax liabilities, according to which state budget was ransferred 320 million drams. Thus, the Company has completely fulfilled its tax obligations.
In the course of the inspections conducted by the State Revenue Committee, cases of "aggressive tax planning" were recorded at the enterprise. In particular, it turned out that in 2016-2017 gg. tax liabilities were calculated at 300 million AMD less. In this regard, the investigation department of the KGD instituted criminal proceedings on the basis of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code. Subsequently, the Company submitted updated data on the existence of tax liabilities on the VAT line and excise tax of 320 million drams, which are fully transferred to the state budget.
