ArmInfo. Armenian Minister of Nature Protection Eric Grigoryan received Alfaro Berieli, Project Manager of the German KfW Development Bank.The parties discussed the launch of a grant program in the amount of 23.2 million euros allocated to Armenia for maintaining biodiversity and forestry, as well as an ongoing project in the development of conservation zones in the amount of 8.25 million euros, under which the Ministry has already work worth about 1 million euros.
The Minister stressed the importance of cooperation with German partners in the field of initiatives to reform integrated environmental policies and improve the infrastructure of the industry in the field of water management, protected areas and forests, and to improve the examination process.
