ArmInfo. The State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia carries out various activities at 71 gas filling stations, including operational investigative activities at 35 of them. The press service of the SRC reported this on April 19.
According to the source, inspections are carried out in order to exclude the presence of tax offenses. In particular, measures are being taken to study the actual sales volumes and electricity used, on the basis of which comparative analysis, and in case of detection of deviations materials are being prepared in order to transfer them to law enforcement agencies. As a result of inspections, deviations between the volumes of gas produced and actually sold have already been detected in 4 entities, on the basis of which materials have been sent to the Investigation Department of the SRC. The structure encourages owners of all gas stations to adhere to the requirements of tax legislation. At the same time, the Committee informs that the reduction of any indicator will be in the center of attention of the tax authority, whose checks will be consistent.
To recall, yesterday at the meeting of the RA Government, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan again pointed out the presence of problems at the gas filling stations. <They, as before, do not give out checks. If you need to fine them a thousand times, do that, "said the head of government, calling on the head of the Police, the director of the National Security Service and the head of the market control inspectorate to step up work in this direction.
