According to the Statutory Committee of the RA, in December 2019 the inflation rate was 1.3% with a dram devaluation of 0.2%. In December 2019 the average exchange rate was 478.2 yen / $ 1, against 484.7 yen / $ 1 in December 2018.
I reckon that on the rally day of the Armenian short medium drama on December 27, 2019 it made 479.3 dram / $ 1 at midnight, against 484 dr / $ 1 on December 28, 2018.
