ArmInfo.This year, 247 billion drams are planned to be allocated from the state budget of Armenia for capital expenditures. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a government meeting on January 30.
However, according to him, based on the practice of the previous 20 years, we can conclude that a 100% result in expenditures is unlikely to be achieved. In this regard, the process of developing budgetary resources will be summarized on a quarterly basis. "And if it turns out that out of the allocated, let's say, 12 billion drams, only 500 million, we will make decisions on their redistribution in priority areas, which will make it possible to increase the efficiency of budget funds," the head of government said, adding that the use of new mechanisms will improve the quality of the expenditure side of the state budget.
