ArmInfo. According to the draft strategy for the development of Eurasian economic integration until 2025, about 100 provisions have not yet been agreed. This was announced on February 7 at a briefing in Yerevan by Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Committee Mikhail Myasnikovich who is on an official visit to Armenia.
''The draft strategy largely solves not only current tasks, but also tasks for the future. Of course, we listen to the business community, we understand that there is a lot of dissatisfaction with the existing situation, and strive to harmonize issues in the common market of goods, services, finance and labor. We have not yet agreed about 100 provisions'', he informed. According to him, the strategy pays special attention to the issue of unhindered trade between business entities of the EEC parties.
<Unfortunately, various unresolved issues arise related to government procurement, additional issues of customs and border control. Many issues remain to be solved in the field of phytosanitary standards. The section regarding the technical settlement is very complicated and responsible, since in a certain form it will be the platform on which the law of the Eurasian Economic Union will be formed, "Myasnikovich emphasized.
He informed that additional discussions of the strategy at the expert level will be held on February 12-13, and on February 14-15 the document will be discussed at the level of deputy prime ministers. The final document for the report to the heads of government is expected to be ready in March. Thus, in April they will be able to take appropriate decisions, and in May - to inform the heads of state.
