In particular, the numerous IAEA inspection and assessment missions have confirmed Armenia's commitment to fulfill its international obligations, as well as a high level of openness and transparency. No violations or deviations from the requirements of international treaties were reported. Armenia fully complies with its international obligations under UN Security Council Resolution 1540. Armenia is committed to strictly following the National Action Plan for 2015-2020 and has outlined a number of clear steps in this direction. Armenia is also actively involved in nuclear non-proliferation initiatives, such as the Global Initiative on Nuclear Terrorism and the Proliferation Security Initiative. The Armenian government is constantly working with its international partners at the bilateral and multilateral levels to further strengthen its national capacity to combat nuclear smuggling.
