ArmInfo. Armenia will host the 2020 Armenia-Germany Economic Forum in October, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during a joint statement with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
"In addition, German entrepreneurs will visit Armenia in late February. We are very interested in German companies' entrance in Armenia. I am glad to record tangible progress around all our agreements reached during our meeting last year," he said.
In this light, the Prime Minister noted with satisfaction the signing of an agreement with KfW Bank on the establishment by the Armenian side of the TUMO technological training center in Berlin. Pashinyan noted that for Armenia the opportunity to share best practices with such a technological giant as Germany is a great honor.
"Armenia is interested in further expansion of the German language and culture in the country. We hope that the Goethe Center opened in Yerevan in 2017 will very soon turn into a full-fledged institute. ''Let me also note that today Armenian-German relations are at the highest level than ever", the Armenian prime minister summarized.
