ArmInfo.The inflow of funds from the general EAEU budget to Armenia in 2019 is more than the outflow. The Deputy State Revenue Committee Shushanik Nersisyan reported this to journalists in Yerevan.
"In 2019, Armenia received from the EAEU general customs duties 75 billion 369 million drams, and transferred 63 billion 422 million drams to the organization's general budget. The republic continues to receive 1.22% of the total amount collected in space EAEU, customs duties, "she said. Nersisyan recalled that in past years the difference between income and deductions from the EAEU to Armenia and vice versa was even greater. The official explains the narrowing of the gap by a significant improvement in tax and customs administration in Armenia and also the presence of honest business relationships within the organization.
According to her, all customs duties collected in Armenia are distributed among the EAEU participants from the general budget of the organization, with the exception of customs duties collected from individuals.
