According to the RA Statistical Committee, the dynamics is due to a slowdown in the indicators of public catering services - from 32% to 26.1%, culture, entertainment and recreation - from 36.6% to 22.3%, health care - from 25.7% to 13.1 %, in the real estate market - from 9.5% to 5.5%, transport - from 10.9% to 9%, administrative and support activities - from 16.2% to 8.9%, scientific, professional and technical activities - from 13.4% to 7.4%, in the financial and insurance sectors - from 19.6% to 16.5%. At the same time, there was an acceleration in the rate of y-o-y growth in education - from 0.3% to 3.4%, information and communications - from 4.7% to 10.7%.
In terms of the volume of services provided, the leading sector is culture, entertainment and recreation - 488.6 billion drams (23.7% of the total). Second in the rank comes financial sector - 441.6 billion drams (21.4% of the total), with the lion's share in banks. The third in the rank comes the sector of information and communication - 272.5 billion drams (13.2%), and the main burden falls on the telecommunication segment. The fourth in the rank comes the transport sector - 242.3 billion drams (11.7%). The five leaders in terms of the volume of services provided are closed by the catering and tourism sector - 193.9 billion drams (9.4%).
