According to the press service of the government, during the discussions, in particular, it was reported that the goal of the 3rd loan program for modernization of the public sector, which has been under implementation since 2016, is the introduction of an electronic management system, as well as digitization tools in the field of public administration, which will help increase the effectiveness of the latter. The program is scheduled to be completed in 2022. $ 11 million was allocated from a $ 21 million loan, and this year it is planned to implement a $ 8.3 million program.
Within the framework of the Program for the Prevention and Control of Diseases in the Healthcare Sphere, measures are being taken to build medical centers, replenish technical equipment, and conduct screening studies in clinics. Within the framework of the program, it is planned to summarize the results of the competition for the construction of the Martuni medical center in the near future, after which the construction work will begin.
Within the framework of the credit program implemented in the field of labor and social issues, integrated centers are being built in the republic. 27 similar centers have already been built; work on the construction of 11 centers is underway. Another 25 centers will be built before 2023.
The Prime Minister noted the importance of the effective implementation of credit programs and gave specific instructions.
