ArmInfo. International financial organizations intend to deepen cooperation with Armenia within the framework of their assistance instruments.
This was stated during the video talk of RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan with the heads of the Armenian offices of the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, International Finance Corporation, European Investment Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, German KfW Development Bank, Asian Development Bank and Eurasian Development Bank and others. During the video call, the Deputy Prime Minister presented to international partners the progress of measures developed by the government aimed at mitigating and eliminating the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic, which were highly appreciated by the latter.
According to the press service of the government, the main topic of the meeting was a draft event on the implementation of investment programs with the participation of the state, which the government considers as a mechanism to stimulate investment. The interlocutors discussed the best international experience, presenting ways to increase the transparency and effectiveness of this mechanism.
