
ArmInfo. Toyota Motor Company began deliveries of Toyota cars of Russian assembly to Armenia. It is reported by Izvestia with reference to the press service of the company.
It is noted that Armenia will become the third international market for the export of the company after Belarus and Kazakhstan.
By the end of 2020, it is planned to export about 450 Camry and RAV4 vehicles assembled at the plant in St. Petersburg to Armenia. Previously, these models were shipped to the country from Japan. The change in the country of origin for the Armenian market allowed reducing local prices for Toyota Camry and RAV4 by 10%.
On May 19 it was reported that Toyota introduced the next-generation Venza cross-wagon. The first market where the new product will appear will be the United States. Sales will begin in the summer of 2020.
