According to the source, as part of this tranche, 100 thousand registered coupon non-documentary bonds with a face value of $ 100 each were issued. The yield on the coupon is 6% per annum, with a periodicity of coupon payments every six months. The maturity period of the bonds of this issue (AMSWISB2DER0) is 6 years.
It is noteworthy that just the other day - on June 1, AMD bonds of Armswissbank with a nominal value of 10 billion drams were successfully placed on the AMX Armenian Stock Exchange. And at present, Eurobonds are being placed by open subscription with a nominal volume of 5 million euros, the completion of which is scheduled for July 1 this year.
The press service informs that from the moment of entering the corporate bond market, Armswissbank has issued 11 tranches of bonds (not including the above three tranches - dollar, dram and euro), of which 7 are dollar, 2 are dram and 2 are euro, As a result of their successful placement, 8 billion drams, $ 41 million and 13 million euros (in dram equivalent) were attracted. Of these 11 issues, 3 (dollar) issues have already been successfully repaid.
Currently, 8 issues of Armswissbank bonds are circulating on the AMX stock exchange - these are 2 dram, 2 euro and 4 dollar. In particular, the total volume of drams is 8 billion drams, euro - 13 million euros and dollar - $ 31 million. The repayment of dollar bonds will take place in 2024 and 2025, euro - in 2023, and dram - in 2021 and 2023.
According to the Financial Rating of the Banks of Armenia as of December 31, 2019 prepared by ArmInfo IC, Armswissbank is in the TOP-3 in terms of the amount of funds raised from the placement of corporate bonds. As of the reporting date, this volume amounted to 32.5 billion drams or $ 67.7 million, having increased by 19.6% in 2019. In the total volume of this indicator in the market, the share of Armswissbank reaches about 18%.
Recall that Armswissbank CJSC was established on October 7, 2004. As of April 1, 2020, HVS Holding LLC, controlled by Vartan Sirmakes and registered in Luxembourg, holds the 85.53% stake in Armswissbank, while the remaining 12.47% is owned by FMTM Distribution Ltd, and Vartan Sirmakes is an indirect shareholder.
