ArmInfo. TRANSGAS" Co.Ltd., which is part of Gazprom Armenia CJSC, will transport gas at a tariff of 7790.88 drams per 1,000 cubic meters. The decision was made at a meeting of the Public Service Regulation Commission (PSRC) on June 19.
As was noted at the meeting, this tariff does not include VAT, with which the amount of the tariff will be 9348.998 drams. PSRC Chairman Garegin Baghramyan noted that "TRANSGAS" can transport not only Russian gas from the border, but also from any other alternative source, if its conditions are preferable, but in all cases the transportation tariff approved today will be applied.
To recall, at present, Armenia receives Russian gas at a price of $ 165 per 1,000 cubic meters. Gas supplied from Iran is carried out as part of a barter transaction, based on 1 cubic meter of gas from Iran in exchange for supplying 3 kW / h of electricity from Armenia to Iran.
