ArmInfo. A network of Russian  apart-hotels YE'S launches a franchise for the construction and sale  of an apart-hotel. According to the official statement from the  apart- hotel chain, the new product will be available to developers  from all regions of Russia and the CIS, including Armenia, Georgia,  Belarus and others. The franchise will allow potential partners to  use the YE'S concept for the implementation of the turn-key  apart-hotel project .

It is reported that the first apart-hotel under the YE'S brand in  collaboration with Global Apartments is already under construction in  Nur Sultan in Kazakhstan.

Note that YE'S is a Russian chain of apart-hotels, created in 2011  with a number of rooms of more than 1,500 apartments in projects in  St. Petersburg on ul. Ho Chi Minh City and st. Mitinskaya in Moscow.  At the final stage of construction with a deadline of 2021, four more  objects are designed for more than 3,500 units: in St. Petersburg on  the street. Marat, in Moscow at the metro stations Technopark and  Botanical Garden, as well as in the capital of Kazakhstan,  Nur-Sultan.
