ArmInfo.Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan chaired a meeting, during which the progress of construction and further activities of the foreign economic activity service center in Gyumri was discussed. The press service of the government told ArmInfo about this.
From the State Revenue Committee, those responsible for this process reported that construction work is underway, a competition has been announced for the second stage of construction, and the Center will fully start operating in 2022. It was noted that the Center will operate on the principle of "one stop, one window" in order to maximally smooth the organization of the export and import processes for business entities. This Center will also operate the services of other interested agencies involved in the export and import process, which will eliminate the need to visit a particular agency, save time and additional resources for obtaining licenses and permits.

"We must do everything to provide economic entities with good conditions and opportunities for activity," the prime Minister said, stressing that the decision to build the Center is strategically important.
The head of government instructed Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan in the near future to lead the discussion of all those opportunities that will contribute to the development of the activities of the foreign economic activity service center and the creation of more favorable conditions for business.
