Unibank and Armeconombank will start selling their new bonds in early  September

ArmInfo.In early September, Unibank and Armeconombank will start selling their new bond tranches - it will be two dollar tranches and one dram. This is evidenced by  the corresponding emission prospectuses.

So, on September 1, Unibank will start the primary placement of the  next dollar tranche of non- documentary coupon bonds in the amount of  $ 5 million with a coupon yield of 5.25%, with a quarterly payment  period and a circulation period of 3 years. Completion of the initial  placement of this tranche is scheduled for October 7 this year.

On September 3, Armeconombank will start the primary placement of two  tranches of its bonds at once.  These will be USD bonds in the amount  of $ 5 million with a coupon yield of 5%, and AMD bonds in the amount  of 2 billion AMD with a coupon yield of 9.75%. For these two  tranches, the circulation period is set at 3 years, and the coupon  payments will be made every six months. The completion of the initial  placement of these tranches is scheduled for February 15, 2021.

The program prospectus of the Armeconombank issues posted on the  Central Bank's website notes that the total volume of dollar bonds to  be issued is $ 15 million.

According to the AMX Armenian Stock Exchange, as of September 1,  there are 3 tranches of Armeconombank bonds in circulation - 2  dollars in the total volume of $ 5.1 million with a yield of 5.25% -  5.5% (issued in January and May 2019) and 1 AMD in the amount of 1  billion drams with a yield of 10.25% (issued in May 2019). These  tranches will be repaid in 2022. And there are 7 tranches of Unibank  bonds on the stock exchange - 5 dollars in a total volume of $ 17.1  million with a yield of 5-5.75%, and 2 drams in a total volume of 1  billion with a yield of 10%. One dollar and two dram tranches will be  repaid in September-November 2020, and the remaining four tranches -  in 2021-2022.
