According to the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia Vache Terteryan, it is planned to direct the loan funds for the implementation of the second stage of the community development program. The total amount of borrowed funds is 30 million euros, of which, according to the situation, only $ 6.5 million has been spent to date. For this reason, it was proposed to extend the start date of interest payments by two years. Vache Terteryan stressed that the design estimates are ready and the government is ready to start quickly implementing the project. The reasons for the delay in the disbursement of credit funds are different, and they are objective in nature, one of which is the choice of consultants. In this matter, at least twice a competition for the selection of consultants was held.
