ArmInfo. In Armenia, the production of aluminum foil for 10 months of 2020 increased by 14.6% per annum - up to 29,504 tons, against 4.2% growth a year earlier. According to the Statistics Committee of Armenia, in October alone, the production of aluminum foil increased by 4.1% - up to 3,054 tons.
To recall, in 2019, the production of aluminum foil in Armenia increased by 7.7% - up to 30,547 tons, against a 14.5% decline in 2018. Thus, the excess of the 30 thousandth milestone was recorded for the second time, and for the first time this was observed at the end of 2017 with a volume of 33 724 tons.
For 20 years of work as part of one of the world's largest aluminum companies RUSAL, the Armenal plant has produced the 400,000th ton of products.
