
ArmInfo.The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) urges economic entities to strictly comply with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of economic competition.
In particular, the SCPEC requires business entities to avoid cases of publishing incomplete, false information about discounts on the prices of goods, to artificially raise prices for goods before the discount is announced, etc.
"The Commission once again reminds that all these actions are manifestations of unfair competition, for which a business entity may be fined up to 5% of the revenue for the year, '' the source says.
