State agencies are on the list of large taxpayers in Armenia

Since the first quarter of 2021, state agencies have appeared on the list of 1000 large taxpayers in Armenia, which transferred to the state treasury a total of about 26 billion drams, or 10% of the total amount (260.2 billion drams)  presented in the list of large taxpayers.  Among the state agencies  in terms of tax deductions to the state treasury, the RA Ministry of  Defense is in the lead - 15.1 billion drams (2nd position in the  general list), of which 12.8 billion for income tax and 1.99 billion  for VAT.

Then comes the National Security Service under the RA government,  which ranks 2nd among state agencies, and the 25th in the general  list of large taxpayers, which transferred 1.24 billion drams to the  budget, of which 1.19 billion was for income tax.

The State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia took the 3rd  place among state departments, but 30th in the general list of large  taxpayers, having transferred 1.2 billion drams to the state  treasury, of which 935.7 million for income tax and 33.9 million for  profit tax.

The RA Judicial Department is on the 4th place among state agencies,  but in the general list of large taxpayers it occupies 70th position  with 712.1 million drams deducted to the state budget, of which 607.1  million are for income tax.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia is on  the 5th place among state agencies, but in the general list of large  taxpayers it occupies 77th position with the allocation of 674.1  million drams to the state budget, of which 637.8 million are for  income tax.

The rest of the departments occupy positions following the first  hundred large taxpayers: the Criminal Executive Service of the RA  Ministry of Justice - 102nd place (499 million drams, including 469  million for income tax); Department of the Investigative Committee of  the Republic of Armenia - 105th place (486 million AMD, including 400  million for income tax); Central Bank of RA - 107th place (473.8  million drams, including 406.8 million for income tax); RA Police -  126th place (399.9 million AMD, including 374.7 million in income  tax); RA Police Troops - 132 place (369.9 million AMD, incl.  345.3  million in income tax); Traffic Police Service of the Republic of  Armenia - 150th place (339 million AMD, including 302.3 million in  income tax); Yerevan Municipality Staff - 152 place (332.6 million  drams, including 282.1 million for income tax); The RA Prosecutor's  Office - 155th place (323.9 million AMD, including 270.7 million in  income tax); Greening and environmental protection - 182 place (267.9  million AMD, including 145.3 million for VAT and 110.6 million for  income tax); Staff of the National Assembly of the Republic of  Armenia - 192nd place (251.1 million drams, including 213.2 million  for income tax);

This is followed by: the RA MFA - 207th place (228.9 million AMD,  including 156.7 million for income tax); Yerevan Police Department -  221st place (213 million AMD, including 200.3 million in income tax);  Cadastre Committee - 232nd place (200.5 million AMD, including 174.5  million in income tax); Staff of the RA Ministry of Finance - 274th  place (171.3 million drams, including 141 million for income tax);  State Security Service of the Republic of Armenia - 284th place  (164.2 million AMD, including 152.8 million for income tax); The RA  Ministry of Economy - 299th place (158.6 million AMD, including 137.5  million in income tax).

Lower positions are occupied by: the Ministry of Education, Science,  Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia - 330th place (139.9  million drams); RA Ministry of Justice - 342 place (AMD 133.4  million); Compulsory Enforcement Service - 364th place (128.2 million  AMD); Passport and Visa Department of the RA Police- 366th place  (127.1 million AMD); Staff of the RA Statistical Committee - 377th  place (125.4 million AMD); Staff of the RA Ministry of Health - 441st  place (104.6 million drams); Ministry of Territorial Administration  and Infrastructures - 451st place (103.2 million drams).

The rest of the departments transferred less than 100 million drams  to the state treasury. Among them, the Ministry of High-tech Industry  of the Republic of Armenia (85.6 million drams - 538th place), the  Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (77.9 million drams - 600th  place), the Republican Labor and Employment Service (73.7 million  drams - 631 places), the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Armenia  (69.8 million drams - 657th place), Ministry of Nature Protection  (64.5 million drams - 705th place), Inspection Body of Health and  Labor (61.5 million drams - 740th place), Inspection Body for Nature  Protection and Subsoil (59 million drams - 762th place), Office of  the President of the Republic of Armenia (55.2 million AMD - 812  place), National Archives of Armenia (53 million AMD - 851 place),  Territorial Seismic Protection Service (49.7 million AMD - 884  place), Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia (48  million AMD - 912 place), State Control Service ( 44.2 million drams  - 977th place), the Office of the State Committee for Urban Planning  under the Government of the Republic of Armenia (43.6 million drams -  982th place).
