ArmInfo. The Yerevan office of the EBRD invites Armenian entrepreneurs, initiators and employees of small and medium-sized business projects to become participants in the virtual free program “Find out how ... in times of crisis” by the EBRD Know-How Academy.
The bank's message to ArmInfo notes that the "Learn How ... in a Crisis Situation" Program was developed to provide practical information and the necessary resources to manage and maintain business in crisis situations, for example, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program provides the necessary knowledge and business tools for micro and small enterprises in the 30 countries in which the EBRD invests. They are designed to answer basic questions and meet training needs. The program includes the following five 30-minute modules, as well as a regularly updated library of resources and tools: Crisis Management: Your customers and suppliers; Crisis Management: Fundamentals of Financial Management; Crisis management: Financing your business; Crisis Management: Personnel is your main asset; Crisis Management: Leadership and Management Challenges
After completing all five modules, program participants will be able to upload their personal Certificate of Completion.
