ArmInfo.Telecom Armenia (TM Beeline) will increase the bandwidth of the Internet supplied to Iraqi Kurdistan. This became known after the meeting of the General Director of Telecom Armenia Hayk Yesayan with the Deputy Prime Minister of the regional government of Iraqi Kurdistan Qubad Talabani.
According to the press service of the company, the parties discussed a number of issues related to technological cooperation. At the same time, Hayk Yesayan presented to the guest a model of the work of engineering laboratories "Armath". As a manifestation of goodwill, the General Director of Telecom Armenia expressed his readiness to donate two laboratories to the educational system of Iraqi Kurdistan to stimulate digital education among schoolchildren.
The source says that international cooperation and the provision of international Internet channels are seen as one of the main directions of the company's strategic development.
It should be reminded that the brothers Alexander and Hayk Yesayan are the only owners of Telecom Armenia. The latter are citizens of Armenia and have extensive experience in the field of telecommunications. For many years, the brothers headed the telecommunications company Ucom in the RA.
