In the crisis year of 2020, the state budget of Armenia was revised  twice towards increasing expenditures

ArmInfo.During 2020, due to the pandemic and hostilities, adjustments were made to the state budget of Armenia twice, but the expenditures were not only not cut, but  even increased, focusing on priority areas. This was announced on  June 2 by Atom Janjughazyan, acting head of the RA Ministry of  Finance, in the parliament during the preliminary discussion of the  annual report "On the execution of the state budget of the Republic  of Armenia for 2020".

Thus, at the end of 2020, the State Revenue Committee spent the funds  allocated to the department by the state budget, according to the  specified program, by 98.5% or about 28.8 billion drams. In general,  over the past year, the tax and customs department has carried out 10  activities. In the reporting year, the Ministry of Economy was  responsible for the implementation of 14 programs, including 81  measures. In the department, the fulfillment rate was 81.8% in  relation to the adjusted budget, for which about 34 billion drams  were spent against 41.5 billion drams allocated to it according to  the revised program.

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures spent  84.7% of the funds, or about 178.2 billion drams, on the  implementation of 153 measures entrusted to it on 22 lines. During  the reporting period, the Ministry of High-Tech Industry spent 8.4  billion drams or 93.3% of the revised program.  For the  implementation of 1 program and 3 measures, the Public Services  Regulatory Commission allocated 823 million drams or 97.6% of the  "specified expenses". The actual expenses of the State Commission for  the Protection of Economic Competition amounted to 431 million drams,  or 98.5%. The revised programs of the State Cadastre Committee were  fulfilled by 97.2%, the financial expenses amounted to about 3.7  billion drams. The State Committee for Urban Development used about  589 million drams or 88.5% of the adjusted program.
