Union of Banks of Armenia and Compulsory Enforcement Service signed a  memorandum of understanding

ArmInfo. As a result of joint working meetings and discussions and the agreements reached between the Union of Banks of Armenia (UBA) and the Compulsory Enforcement  Service (CES), a partnership memorandum of understanding was signed.  ArmInfo was informed about this in the press service of the UBA.

The signing was attended by UBA Chairman Artak Ananyan, UBA Executive  Director Seyran Sargsyan, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey  Meghryan, Deputies of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Levon  Balyan, Aram Karakhanyan, Artur Vardanyan.

The purpose of the memorandum is to present joint initiatives to  address issues related to enforcement. As part of the memorandum, it  is planned to create a modern system for searching for compulsory  proceedings, which will make it possible to quickly receive  information on the initiated compulsory proceedings and the progress  of the case online.

Guided by the purpose of the memorandum, an agreement was also signed  between the UBA, CES and a specialized structure for the creation of  a modern automated software system. The UBA will provide the  necessary financial assistance for the implementation of the program  and the services provided.
