ArmInfo.The client base of banks in Armenia totaled 3.212.853 individuals and 107.351 legal entities by May 2021. This is evidenced by the data of the Central Bank published in the report of the RA Statistical Committee.
In total, 3.320.204 clients had 6 452 748 accounts in Armenian banks, of which 6 .216 .280 were accounts of individuals and 236 468 were accounts of legal entities.
According to the source, on a y-o-y terms, the client base of Armenian banks increased by 7.4% or by 229,405 clients (against 8.7% growth a year earlier). Customer accounts for the reporting period increased by 6.1% per annum (against 10.6% growth a year earlier).
