ArmInfo. On July 22, the Armenian government satisfied the application of the "Arides" company for the extension of the right of the explant of "RAO MARS" CJSC in the "Alliance" FEZ and the expansion of activities.
According to the company's website, ARIDES LLC is a professional manufacturer of devices for measuring alcohol in exhaled air, technical means of rehabilitation and salt lamps. The products of the LLC are presented in the markets of Armenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Bulgaria. The products manufactured by the company are operated both by state structures and large corporations of the CIS, and for personal use.
ARIDES LLC has been a resident of the Alliance Industrial and Production Free Economic Zone since 2018.
At this stage, according to the rationale for the document posted on the government's website, the company plans to expand. Thus, the LLC intends to expand activities in the field of electronics, precision engineering, in particular the assembly of medical furniture and related products, products based on innovative technologies, plastic products, including components of its own products, as well as finished products for sale (in particular, breathalyzers), production of medical plastic products, etc. The amount of the proposed investments has not been announced, it is only indicated that the expansion of activities will attract new investments. It is planned to create 10 new jobs with an average monthly salary of 250 thousand AMD.
Note that according to the state register of legal entities, the company was founded on June 7, 2016. There is no free access to information about the owners of the company.
